| Prasat Hin Phanom Rung |

Prasat Hin Phanom Rung or Phanom Rung Historical Park is a grand and majestic Khmer sit over a thousand years old. Built on an extinct volcano, 350 meters above sea level. It is originally a Hindu religious site and later became a Buddhist one During the 15th-18th Buddhist century, several additions were made.
Prasat Hin phanom rung is a key location in Buriram province, Thailand. It has many important archaeological sites. On this now dormant volcano, you will see incredible Khmer architecture. Here you cab marvel at the giant stairways of red stone and sandstone. The long story of Prasat Hin Phanom rung is part of Thailand history. | Prasat Hin Phimai |

Another legacy of the South Isan area that should not be missed is Prasat Hin Phimai or Phimai Historical Park. It is Must to visit this place and it is one of the grandest and most important Khmer Historical sites in Thailand. The word Phimai appears in an inscription on a stone slab at the front doorway of the building as well as in many other structures. It is believed that the word Phimai referred to a religious figure or site.It is located at about 61 km From Nakhon Ratchasima <korat city>. The areas are surrounded by ancienct building date back to 11th or 12th century and in presumption this place was built by one of Khmer’s king his name is Jayavarman I historian that study about Phimai historical site that these building are the same architecture technique as Angkor Wat in Cambodia. Prasat Hin Phimai is a grand palace that center this historical site. It’s one of the ancient palaces that still in perfect condition compare to the other palace from the same era.
It anyone interest to pay a visit this historical district Phimai. You can travel from Nakhon Rachasima on highway No.2 and then turn right at Talad Cair crossoad to highway No.206

| Prasat hin Muenag Tam |

Prasat hin Muenag Tam or the Mueang Tam Sanctuary situated in Tambon Chorakhe Mak, it is one of the Khmer sanctuaries with the most outstanding architecture in buriram province. There is no clear evidence when the sanctuary was built or who created it. Most of the bas-reliefs depict Hindu gods, so it is assumed that the sanctuary might have been built and used as a religious shrine in Hinduism. The building comprises five brick prangs built on the same laterite base dedicated to the god Shiva, like most Hindu temples, Prasat Muang Tam is oriented towards the east.

| Phra Prang Sam Yot |

Located on Vichayen Road, in Lop Buri province, approximately 200 meters from the railway station, Phra Prang Sam Yot is Lop Buri’s best Known Landmark and provincial symbol. Phra Prang Sam Yot was built by King Jayavarman VII of the Khmer Empire in the early 13th century. Jayavarman intended for the temple to be an important location in the royal cult surrounding himself, as it would increase the legitimacy of his rule. In addition, the temple served to showcase the prestige of the Khmer Empire in Lop Buri (then known as Lavo).
The compound three Prangs (towers) linked by corridors. The three laterite and sandstone spires, each decorated with classic stucco, are believed to have originally represented the Hindu Trimuti: Brahma (the Creator). Vishnu (the Preserver) and Shiva (the Destroyen). During the reign of King Narai, the shrine was converted into a Buddhist Temple and brick hall was built in the east to house a grand U Thong style Buddha image. Buddha images were later added to the two Prang The temples is located on a mound on the west site of the railway, near San Phra Kan, another shrine.

| Prasat Hin Ban Pluang |

Prasat Hin Ban Pluang located in Prasat district,Surin province. The craftsmanship of the stone carving in the temple is very detailed and beautiful. It is believed that Prasat Hin Ban Pluang was built aduring 10-11th century during the Khmer empire. It was built in the bapuan architectural style, and dedicated to the Hindu god Indra. Characteristics of Prasat Hin Ban Pluang is a single pagoda located on la large rectangular laterite base Facing east. There is only one front door in the castle and the other three side doors are false doors. It is situated in a small grass park about 45 km south of Surin City.
