The first rambutan tree was planted in Surat Thani in 1926 AD. The home of the rambutan is celebrated with exhibitions of local produce and ornamental plants, rambutan and fruits floats, and demonstrations of trained monkeys harvesting coconuts from trees.

Kek River Rafting Festival (Phitsanulok)

Rafting through 18 rapids with the distance of 8 kilometers. It takes around 2-3 hours depending on the water level. The difficulty is from level 1 to level 5. |

Pattaya International Marathon (Chon Buri)

The Pattaya International Marathon is one of the most famous marathons in Thailand and welcomes participants from all over the world. Anyone can join the race, whether they are professional athletes, amateurs, or people with disabilities. This event features five races, a full marathon (42.195 kms.), a wheelchair marathon (42.195 kms), a half marathon (21.097 kms), a quarter marathon (10.55 kms), and a student run (5 kms).
Highlight: The event organises five different races of different distances and levels of difficulty so that everyone can enjoy the marathon experience.
