Tourism Authority of Thailand, in a cooperation with other tourism industries such as shopping malls, airlines, hotels, tour companies, duty-free shops, luxurious shops, golf clubs and spas will hold this famous event where shoppers can secure the best deals for different goods and services. This event also attracts target tourists from Malaysia, Singapore, Hongkong, Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Russia, and United Arab Emirates to travel and buy products from Thailand during this off-peak tourist season. There are many special campaigns for tourists to choose during this event. It is a great time for everybody that seeks to find the best deals in Thailand.


Queen of Silk Festival (Bangkok)

The fair is meant to pay tribute to Her Majesty the Queen, who has played a vital role in developing Thai silk and making it known throughout the world. This fair will display the textile manufacturing in the local communities along with the fashion show under the theme of Thai Silk Fashion Week featuring various famous Thai and international designers.

Venue : Around Khek river which is next to Highway No.12 Phitsanulok - LomSak (km 45-53). The route starts at Sap Praiwan Village to the upper part of the Kaeng Song Waterfall, Wangthong District, Pitsanulok Province.

The distance is a total of 8 kilometres lasting over 3 hours. The Khek River rapids start with a calm current and little by little increases to stronger levels until the highest level (Level 5) at the final stage.

Venue : The Noi River (in front of Wat Klang Tha Kham), Pho Sangkho Sub-district, Khai Bang Rachan District, Sing Buri province.

The winning teams will receive HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn trophies. Activities are races of long boats – large craft: 55 rowers, medium sized – 40 rowers, small craft – 30 rowers, super-small vessels – 12 rowers, cheerleader contest, and many performances.

The story began a night before the wedding ceremony of Princess Snow White and her Prince. The Wicked Queen was taken and await her slaughter. A shoemaker received an order to create a metal horseshoe to be used as a killing tool. A storyteller has also been called to engrave a story of Princess Snow White on a piece of stone, for the next generations to learn. But both of them refused to do what they have been told if the Queen has been wrongly judged. The search for the truth begins…
